Car carrier trailers are vehicles designed for transporting cars. They come in three types based on their structure: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Carriers can also be categorized by their appearance as skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, and enclosed type.
The length of the car carrier trailer can be customized to meet customer requirements, with a welded I-beam frame. The entire body is welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After welding, it undergoes shot blasting treatment to eliminate stress and improve paint adhesion, ensuring stable quality and an appealing appearance. The upper chassis can be divided into two or three parts and adjusted in height using a hoist and hydraulic cylinder.
For the enclosed type, the front panel is covered with stamped small corrugated plates, while the sides can be covered with either small corrugated plates or stamped corrugated plates. The top is equipped with poles and a cover. The vehicle also includes a toolbox, spare tire rack, and a drip brake system to enhance transportation safety.
