The 3 Axle Car Carrier Semi Trailer is a specialized vehicle designed for transporting cars. It comes in three variations: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Depending on the design, car carriers can be skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, or enclosed type.
Customizable in length to meet customer requirements, the trailer features a sturdy welded I-beam frame. The body is meticulously welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. Post-welding, it undergoes shot blasting treatment to ensure stability, stress elimination, and enhanced paint adhesion.
The upper chassis can be adjusted in height using a hoist and hydraulic cylinder, with the enclosed type featuring stamped small corrugated plates on the front panel and sides. Additionally, it is equipped with poles, a cover, a toolbox, a spare tire rack, and a drip brake system for added safety during transportation.
