Car carrier trailers are vehicles designed for transporting cars. They come in three types: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Car carriers can be categorized based on their appearance as skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, and enclosed type.
The length of the car carrier trailer can be customized to meet customer requirements, with a welded I-beam frame. The entire body is welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After welding, it undergoes shot blasting treatment to enhance quality and appearance. The upper chassis can be adjusted in height using a hoist and hydraulic cylinder. The enclosed type features a front panel with stamped small corrugated plates, sides covered with small or stamped corrugated plates, and equipped with poles and a cover on top. The vehicle also includes a toolbox, spare tire rack, and drip brake system for added safety during transportation.
