Our car carrier trailer, offered by Shandong Guang'en International Trade Co., Ltd., is designed for transporting cars efficiently and safely. There are three types available: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Depending on your preference, you can choose between skeleton, semi-enclosed, or enclosed types.
The length of the car carrier trailer can be customized to meet your specific needs, with a sturdy frame constructed from welded I-beams. The entire body is meticulously welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After welding, it undergoes shot blasting treatment to ensure stability, eliminate stress, and enhance paint adhesion, resulting in a durable and visually appealing finish.
The upper chassis can be adjusted in height using a hoist and hydraulic cylinder, offering flexibility for different car sizes. The enclosed type features a front panel with stamped small corrugated plates, while the sides are covered with either small corrugated plates or stamped corrugated plates. Additionally, the top is equipped with poles and a cover for added protection.
For convenience and safety, the car carrier trailer comes with a toolbox, spare tire rack, and a drip brake system. These features enhance the overall safety and security of vehicle transportation.
