3 Axle Car Carrier Semi Trailer
Car carrier trailers are vehicles designed for transporting cars. They come in three types based on their structure: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Carriers can also be categorized by appearance into skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, and enclosed type.
Our car carrier trailers can be customized in length to meet customer requirements, with a welded I-beam frame. The entire body is welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After welding, shot blasting treatment is applied to eliminate stress and enhance paint adhesion, ensuring stable quality and an appealing appearance.
The upper chassis can be divided into two or three parts and adjusted in height using a hoist and hydraulic cylinder. The enclosed type features a front panel covered with stamped small corrugated plates, while the sides have either small corrugated plates or stamped corrugated plates. Poles and a cover are provided on the top. Additionally, the trailer includes a toolbox, spare tire rack, and drip brake system for enhanced safety during transportation.
