Car carrier trailers are vehicles designed for transporting cars. There are three main types based on their structure: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. They come in different appearances such as skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, and enclosed type.
The car carrier trailer can be customized in length to meet customer requirements, featuring a welded I-beam frame. The body is welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, followed by shot blasting treatment for quality and appearance enhancement. The upper chassis is adjustable in height with a hoist and hydraulic cylinder. The enclosed type includes stamped small corrugated plates on the front panel and sides, with poles and a cover on the top. Additional features include a toolbox, spare tire rack, and drip brake system for added safety during transportation.
