Car carrier trailers are vehicles designed for transporting cars. They come in three types: double-axle dual-tire, double-axle single-tire, and single-axle dual-tire. Carriers can be skeleton type, semi-enclosed type, or enclosed type.
Our car carrier trailers can be customized in length, featuring a welded I-beam frame. The body is welded using full-automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After welding, it undergoes shot blasting treatment for quality and appearance. The upper chassis is adjustable in height with a hoist and hydraulic cylinder.
The enclosed type has a front panel with stamped small corrugated plates, sides with small or stamped corrugated plates, and poles with a cover on top. The vehicle includes a toolbox, spare tire rack, and drip brake system for safety during transportation.
